- All original content created by Media Territory, including videos, graphics, and marketing materials, remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients may use the content for agreed-upon purposes but may not distribute, modify, or sell it without consent.
5. Liability Disclaimer
- Media Territory is not responsible for technical failures, unforeseen disruptions, or third-party service interruptions that may affect project delivery.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring proper use and maintenance of installed systems and equipment.
6. Confidentiality
- We respect client confidentiality and will not share private business information with third parties unless required by law or agreed upon in writing.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless Media Territory is unable to fulfill the service.
- Refunds for incomplete services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.
